葱油手撕鸡

Just to record the recipe of some daily dishes so that don’t have to go through my one million posts in collection to look for it each time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag * 鸡腿 (Costco)
  • 1/2 bowl * 葱末
  • 1/2 bowl * 蒜末
  • some ginger
  • 1/2 bowl * 油葱酥 (can be replaced by onion but 好吃但麻烦)
  • soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt

Process:

  1. find a pot, fill with cold water
  2. dump the chicken thigh and sliced ginger, and any leftover 葱姜边角料
  3. boil for 30 minutes
  4. meanwhil, prep the seasoning
    1. if using 油葱酥;
      1. put 葱末蒜末油葱酥 into one bowl
      2. boil 1/2 bowl of oil
      3. 浇上去,搞定
    2. else if using onions
      1. still 1/2 bowl of oil, 煸一下洋葱
      2. put 葱末蒜末油葱酥 into one bowl
      3. onion flavoured oil 浇上去
    3. 1 spoon * soy sauce
    4. 1 spoon * oyster sauce
    5. 1 spoon * vinegar
    6. 1/2 spoon * sugar
    7. 1/2 spoon * salt
    8. mix
  5. cool down the boiled chicken thigh, tear into small pieces
  6. pour the seasoning over the chicken
  7. enjoy the meal
